Headshot-jess-2bwPrior to starting her own freelance business in 2008, Jessica spent 7 years managing the marketing, branding and positioning of real estate development firms with print ad and media, sales collateral design and production, community and sales center appearance, budget management, charitable programs, and internal and external company relations.  In the past year her business concentration has grown to focus on the burgeoning presence and need for web 2.0 positioning.

Before embarking on her full-time career, Jessica received her BS from Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Mass Communications, with a focus on public relations.  While completing the program, Jessica polished her education by working closely within the Marketing and Media Departments of organizations such as the Virginia Department of Tourism, Richmond International Raceway, and McClure Broadcasting in Columbus, Georgia.

Jessica has served as a Young Leader and Communications Committee member in the Urban Land Institute’s Richmond Chapter, and in 2010 will serve as Communications Chairperson for Historic Richmond Foundation’s Quoit Club.  In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, studying architectural and art history, and spending time with family and friends.

Holly-biospic1Holly David brings over twelve years of sales and marketing experience to the Monogram Marketing team.  Holly began her career in outside advertising sales, where she consulted with clients to determine their marketing objectives, and made specific recommendations to help them achieve their goals.  She was consistently one of the top Account Executives on her team.  From there, she transitioned into real estate sales, where her outstanding sales performance awarded her several accolades from her company, as well as The Homebuilders Association of Richmond. She was promoted into a recruitment position in Human Resources, where she traveled extensively to identify and interview prospective sales and production team candidates, as well as prepared and recommended the candidates for panel interviews.  From there, Holly utilized all of her prior experience and served in sales and training management for two area homebuilders, where she built a cohesive sales team and established a training department.  Most recently, Holly has become a founding partner of a new speakers bureau, Acclaimed, and continues to grow her consulting business, which helps homebuilders and real estate companies elevate the performance of their sales teams.

Her studies at the University of Kentucky in Communications and Public Relations paved the way for her work in the field of sales and marketing.  During her college career, Holly was selected for a Congressional Internship in Washington, DC, where she served as a Staff Assistant and Assistant Press Secretary for a US Congressional Office.  She also participated in the London Summer Studies program, where she traveled throughout the UK studying the history of British media.

Holly has actively participated in a number of sales, negotiating, training, candidate selection and interview training courses.  Early in her career, she was awarded the Sales Talk Champion Award in the Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage course.  Holly holds certifications to teach Professional Selling Skills from Achieve Global, Targeted Selection from NVR, Inc. and Behavioral Interviewing Techniques from Development Dimensions International (DDI).
